Little Treasures Pet Cremation on the Sunshine Coast offers a comprehensive collection and delivery service from a client’s home or a veterinary surgery.
You are most welcome to come down to Little Treasures Pet Cremation Showroom in Bells Creek, Caloundra by appointment.
Tara will collect your beloved pet from your home or a veterinary clinic where we will ensure your pet is individually cremated at our family owned & operated Sunshine Coast crematorium.
We will follow up with a phone call within 48 hours to check in that you are doing ok emotionally. During this phone call we will also ask to discuss your choice of package and any other wishes that you would like. Once this is confirmed and any extra details have been discussed an invoice will be raised and emailed to you a few days later. It is very important that all of your wishes are confirmed during this phone conversation.
After this process, we will return the ashes either in a
scatter option, urn or an alternative memorial option which you have previously selected.
Frequently Asked Questions
My Pet Has Passed Away At Home. What Do I Do?
- If your pet happens to pass away at home, Little Treasures Pet Cremation suggests that you find a cool part of your house for your pet until we can arrive.
- We recommend that you lay down some newspaper or plastic followed by a towel or blanket. Delicately lay your pet down and place a cover gently over them.
- At this time, we recommend that you call Little Treasures Pet Cremation and we can make the necessary arrangements to come & collect your beloved friend & give them a loving send off.
How Long After Pet Cremation Will I Receive My Pets Ashes?
- At Little Treasures Pet Cremation, we aim to have your pets ashes returned to you in approximately 7 -10 business days. If you require an express service, please let us know at the time you contact us to discuss if we can accommodate this for you.
- Little Treasures will hold onto your ashes for a maximum of 6 months in the event that an invoice is still outstanding. We will make a concertive effort to contact you during this period via Phone, Text and Email.
- For families that have paid their invoice but havn't collected their ashes after a 12 month period they will be delicately disposed of and no refunds will be offered.
